My service offering is pretty straight forward. If you got a problem with technology, I'd like to help! I pride myself on my ability to understand a problem thoroughly and quickly be able to learn about it and the solutions. Hence, few issues are too big or small.
That said, here are some examples of things I can lend a hand with:
Working with all types of devices including: computers, phones, tablets, TVs/displays, printers, smart homes/devices, routers, game consoles, headphones, and more
Recommending and setting up a new devices
Troubleshooting slow or broken devices
Installing and updating new software
Fixing internet and other network related issues
Setting up and configuring file backup solutions
Getting started with your own business email, including acquiring domains

I do my best to keep pricing as clear and straight forward as possible so there are no surprises.
$25 – On-site Travel Flat Rate
$50/hour – Hourly Service Rate
$50 – Research and Product Recommendations Flat Rate
Hourly service has a 1 hour minimum and any time beyond the initial hour is rounded to nearest 1/10th of an hour.
If extended research is required for finding a product that uniquely fits your needs as part of a support visit, the research and product recommendations flat rate applies. If you receive a recommendation but choose not to pursue any additional support, you will not be charged.
On-site Travel Flat Rate fee and 1 hour minimum apply each visit if multiple visits are required.
Time estimates for services can be provided after discussing the work to be done.
